WEBVISION 5 interacts with the building automation system to check and optimize the performance of the systems. Visualization is carried out using user-friendly interfaces and applications that offer values: increased acceptance, operational efficiency and energy transparency of building management for more sustainable and economical building operation.

The operators can ensure that the system automation of the technical building equipment and the room automation work correctly and meet the desired performance requirements. It includes the monitoring, documentation and optimization of the systems in accordance with VDI 6041.

WEBVISION 5 allows the operators to keep an eye on the energy and resource efficiency of your buildings. Energy monitoring supports in operating your energy management with powerful modules for informative monitoring and data analysis:

• Recording, visualizing and documenting
• Analysis of consumption data

There are no limits to the design of dashboards within WEBVISION 5. Thanks to the integrated graphics editor, all WEBVISION 5 elements can be brought into a common context within a view. With the dashboard, you can present important information and key figures from different trades and applications that are particularly important to you in a clear and cross-domain way. 

Anyone who operates a large number of buildings knows how helpful a functional property management system can be. It provides an overview and uses the large amount of data from all buildings to optimize building operation, for example by linking it with energy data management and benchmarking relevant KPIs.

Incident management / message management includes cross-domain alarms, notifications and maintenance messages, categorized according to the priority of the event. Send messages to a recipient group and assign messages to defined recipients. If the first recipient does not process the message within a certain period of time, the message is escalated to the next recipient.

Specific instructions support the operator in responding to messages and allow them to act quickly and safely even in critical alarm situations.

With the calculated values module, you can create or calculate virtual values that are of particular interest to you personally and visualize them at management and operating level, for example KPIs, comparative values, outliers, energy per m², emissions and average values.

Adapt the user interfaces flexibly to the qualifications and role of the respective user and only release the areas, information and building management screens that are intended for the user profile.

Using the user authentication of your in-house Identity Management (IdM) system increases IT and operational security and simplifies logging on to WEBVISION 5 using Windows users.

The application logbook is available to authorized WEBVISION 5 users at the click of a mouse and contains all the information about which user carried out which action at what time.
Audit Trail for WEBVISION 5 (data validation by means of access and change logging) enables complete traceability of all changes to any system access. The application logbook is available for all users to view and export in a tamper-proof manner. This means that interventions in applications and systems are recorded in a comprehensible, controllable and complete manner.
